The College understands the important role Sport plays in developing well-rounded students and the connection between a healthy body and healthy mind. The College places an emphasis on students participating to the best of their ability as they acquire the skills to enjoy life-long involvement in physical activity. Along with improved health and well being, students work together to overcome challenges and, along the way develop long lasting friendships.
Participation in Sport and Physical Education is successful in;
